Terms on Real Estate: The Successful Bidder will sign a real estate sales contract by 5:00pm, December 11th, 2024, and pay a Non-Refundable 10% deposit. (Deposit paid by bank wire, or certified funds/cashier’s check) with the balance due at closing or by 30 days from date of closing of auction.
