Registration to Bid: Begins 1 hour prior to auction on site at the East Stokes Community Center -
Terms on Real Estate: 15% down with $5,000 in certified funds at the Auction - balance due in 45 days or upon completion of survey if necessary.Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the auction with valid State Issued ID. The $5,000 can be in the form of a certified or cashier’s check made payable to the bidder. At the end of the auction, the Successful Bidder will submit the difference (if any) of the non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check; sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 45 days from date of auction. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to become the contract purchase price. Inspections are welcome and must be done prior to auction. Please drive by or walk at your convenience.
