Terms on Personal Property: Cash, Check with State Issued ID, MC/Visa/Discover/AMEX. Payment in full on Auction day. 10% buyer’s premium on all purchases. 13% Buyer’s Premium for any “non-cash” transaction, charge, wire transfer, absentee or internet bids. Bank Letter of Credit Required for Purchases over $2,500.00 unless previous relationship has been established with Auction Firm.
Registration to Bid: Begins 1 hour prior and throughout Auction.
Terms on Real Estate: 10% down at the Auction, balance due in 45 days.
Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers must register in order to bid at the auction with valid State Issued ID. A bid deposit of $10,000 will be required at registration and will be refunded at the close of the auction or applied to the earnest money deposit. The bid deposit will be in the form of a certified or cashier’s check made payable to the bidder. At the end of the auction, the Successful Bidder will submit the difference (if any) of the non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check; sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 30 days from date of auction. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to become the contract purchase price. Inspections are welcome and must be done prior to auction.
